0430 came around way too fast this morning!!! Start time this morning was just about right on time. I was pretty exhausted and unmotivated this morning. I feel sore everywhere! My shoulders, triceps, and glutes especially. The warm up (jogging in place) was difficult for me to start doing, but I sucked it up and did what was asked of me. This morning's routine consisted mainly of pull-ups & curls (and then Ab Ripper X to top it all off). I was definitely happy when this one came to an end! I am considering adding some whey protein to my milk...not sure if I'll add it every time I drink it, but at least after my work outs. I'm wore out...but I feel good!

1 20oz bottle of water
1 20 oz bottle of lactose free whole milk
1 BANANA!
