Day 7 - Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps + Ab Ripper X

Today was actually supposed to be a rest day or a strectch day, but we just went right into the next phase in order to shift our schedule from Tuesday - Sunday to Monday - Friday. I was all for that idea. Maybe, I'll sleep in this Sunday. This was my first experience with one of the P90X main routine workouts, and it was no joke. I was starving yesterday and didn't realize why until after I ate dinner...I had skipped breakfast and didn't even realize it all day. I was wondering why I was so extremely hungry througout the day. Not a good way to do business...especially with my goals!

Morning
2 20 oz bottles of water
1 20oz bottle of lactose free whole milk
2 oz sliced apples
18g almonds
1 banana

Afternoon
2 20oz bottles of water
20 oz bottle of lactose free whole milk
1 bowl of chili made w/ ground turkey
2 oz sliced apples
18g almonds
1 orange

Evening
1.5 glasses of lactose free whole milk
2.5 chicken breasts w/ mushrooms
